It looks like he his choking him or something, but he is really just pushing him against the ground with his hands on his shoulder pads. I actually remember this play from the game. The TE didn't really think anything of it IIRC, and just got up and trotted back to the huddle. Picture looks worse than it was, and its stupid to post the pic when your team lost, but its not that serious IMO.

Well you would think if it was there would be a flag since we had 7 penalties, including defensive delay of game after a player was injured. They wasn't skeered to toss that laundry.
