Why does the S&P and FPI still have Alabama so much higher than Florida? Those are all built off "resume".

Bama lost to Auburn 48-45. UF beat Auburn 24-13.
Bama beat UT 35-13. UF beat UT. 34-3.
Bama beat USC. 47-23. UF beat USC 38-27.
And LSU beat us both.
Those are our common opponents.
How you get Bama is clearly better is your homer gump opinion.

You just aren't that good this year Bama. Sorry. Your schedule was just easy so it didn't expose you till you got to the meat of it. We all have down years, just been awhile for you guys. It's hard being the fifth best team in the SEC this year..but you'll learn and grow from it
