I am all for law and order, but FELONY CHARGES? These kids have to serve a minimum of 2 years befor parole and can never vote again, and can never possess a firearm, etc. because they climbed a fricking CRANE?

Man that's ridiculous.
Literally did the exact same thing on my 21st bday in Fayetteville. Hindsight it was dumb as shite, but we got caught anyway.
All I had to do was go to an initial j-board hearing with a admin type. Never even had to go in front of the student board. The cops just wrote us up with the school, no arrest, no nothing.
This should get dismissed as something minor.

Foley's just gonna flip through is Rolodex and call the Florida Attorney General like they did for Tony Joiner back in '07 the week of the LSU Game if Urban can't remember the name of the dude at the University PD when he calls him for their weekly chat about the Good Ole Days.
