I'm not glossing over it, I'm curious why you think our other facilities suck. You say you've been inside them, so I'm interested in your opinion.

You've never stepped foot in any of those places in Gainesville. $28 mil was spent on upgrades during Meyer. The next coach will demand upgrades as well. It's all a cycle. UTk spends a lot on facilities. It's very helpful for them.

Not having an IPF hasn't hurt UF one damn bit. Having Boom hurt UF.

You want me to post pictures? Playing for LSU helped me to step foot in every SEC facility besides Mizzou. Try to keep up.

Never said it did. But by not having one it makes your facilities second fiddle to just about every big boy program. That is all I have ever said

He's staying at Ole Miss though. If Freeze and his family were from Arkansas, Indiana or some other place, he would be gone in a heartbeat for UF.

Agreed. He should stay too. Works out for everyone in my opinion.

With Florida, if you don't win the SEC in 4 years, you're toast.

which is currently the better job?

The question should be which one is better for Hugh Freeze?

To answer the OPs question, it depends. UF is clearly the better program, and a coach has a way better chance to win titles there, prolly top 5 in the country in that regards. But if one can get Ole Miss to pay the same as UF, then OM is a way better job because your security is better. So it depends how you want to look at the question

So you think the weight room is shite? It's cool that they gave you tours of the home fields facilities though.

Second fiddle has hurt UF how?

Post all the pictures you want. I don't care.

It is not as good as LSU, BAMA, A&M etc. Their facilities do not compare to the other big boys. And who said it was a tour? Some were recruiting visits and the others yes we would visit and check out the facilities when we played there. Is that really that odd to you?

Please show me where I said it hurt UF in anyway?

In context yes they do. When I say Tebow sucks at QB, it is understood I am comparing him to other NFL qb standards. Please dont be a simpleton here

We agree then. It seems that our second fiddle, as you call them, facilities don't hurt UF. There's nothing really further to discuss.

Everything I have seen places LSU's football weight room around 10-12K square feet. UF's is twice as large and has been updated multiple times with new equipment since the 2008 renovation.

Ok, dont know why you ever got so defensive UF uses its weather and talent in the NFL in to get recruits. Other schools rely on facilities etc, that is just the way it is. Side not though is UFs basketball facilities can compete with anyone

Not defensive at all. No name calling. No personal attacks. was just curious. I learned you played football at LSU, toured many schools and UF is not your favorite. I'm shocked.

This from a Vandy fan. I guess a dog shite program is still better than no program at all, like Vandy has.

fricking LOL. Probably not even top 3 in the SEC

Which 3 programs are better in the SEC? I can only think of 1 (Bama) and an argument for a 2nd (LSU)

UF had a better record in 1988, 1987, 1985, 1984, 1983, 1982, 1981, 1980, 1978...I'm getting bored so I stopped at 1978. Why so mad?

Florida didn't win an SEC title until 1991. I'll be a sport and credit you with 1984, which was the first time Florida finished with SEC's best conference record. The Gators were ineligible for the title because they were on probation.

We weren't ineligible for the title. We actually won it and were presented the trophy and everything. Some of our conference brethren decided a few months later to vacate it.
