Gimmicks are the mark of a desperate program. Don't like any of this. If you're going to go down, go down the right way, and don't look like a clown show.
Pell came in and brought a little too much orange and made UF look too much like Clemson. Spurrier took it back to where it ought to be and that's how the uniforms should remain. He kept the helmet that Pell designed with the now-famous Gators script. That was a good improvement.
Keep it simple.
The field should be painted as it was in the Spurrier era, which Meyer pretty much kept the same. Simple but looked good.
Too much paint on the field now.

No crazy alternates or anything. The SEC is blessed to have several schools with iconic helmets and uniforms. UF is one of those schools. It shouldn't be messed with.
