When you make these lists, its about legacy, not necessarily who the best player is.

Gotta say Tebow, then Spurrier for what he did as a coach.

HOWEVER... if you want to talk about best player, it gets overlooked how good Percy Harvin was. I think you have to credit him for much of Tebow's success.

And honestly, Harvin was just on a completely different level from everyone on the field. We have seen dominant Defensive Ends (clowney). We have seen Dominant possession receivers (Megatron/Fitzgerald). We have seen dominant running backs (peterson). What Harvin did at his "position" or whatever you want to call it was on the same level as those guys. He was simply uncoverable as a smaller, quicker receiver in the slot and when he moved into the backfield and ran that counter from the shotgun... My goodness i've never seen anyone make it look more effortless. It was like a 10 yard run was absolutely nothing to him.

Foley - As an athletic director he has positioned Fl to excel in most sports.
