Big dollar buyouts will ruin college football. Coaches that arent wired and self motivated like Saban have less incentive to outwork competition because they know their families are set for life, win or lose. Its coaching welfare and administrative malpractice.
What incentive does a guy like Malzhan have to win a title? Zero.
