if i read correctly, that myers, tebow and his family came back on a private or university plane, then they broke a rule!
as we have seen on funerals, etc, the university cannot pay for the transportation.
no matter if tebow was dead, his parents cannot fly on that plane, without paying for it themselves! ok for tebow, but not his parents

Secondary at worst...
Most likely, totally uninteresting to the NCAA. Tebow is surrounded by the same golden aura that surrounds USC. It is impenetrable to scrutiny.

Nice try but you really need to GET A LIFE.

Tebow, OU, and USC will never actually get in trouble by the NCAA.... whether they are giving planes, cars, or straight up cash to players and their families.

Actually, if it was on a school flight and if the parents didn't pay for it it would be a major violation. i.e. Derrick Roses brother traveling on a school flight.
I'm sure Urban Meyer had his bases covered though.

Foley is very strict about coving the bases. No one wants a repeat of the Hall and Pell years.

I don't give a rats arse if they broke this rule.

I'm sure the Tebow's could reimburse the cost of the flight. They've done well selling the word of God.

Meyer stayed with Tebow, and didn't travel with the other 80+ players who busted their butts for him during the UK game? Wow, just shows what they really mean to him.
