i keep hearing from the fans about LSU's team being pissed. not sure why you guys keep bringing this up, are there any quotes about the team being angry or you guys just hoping they're pissed?

It's not going to matter either way. As if Florida won't be pissed after being humiliated on National TV. People are crazy if they think Meyer won't have this team fired up and ready to play. Saturday night is going to be an electric atmosphere, believe it.

supposedly, they're pissed about how the media is portraying them, and they want to do something about that. personally, i would rather my team get pissed about how shitty we were playing and do something about THAT.

LSU has a shot if JL plays decent. Good defense, good running game, and decent qb play will win the game. If you would have asked me before the season I would say Florida wins but they have been just as unimpressive as LSU.

You do realize that statistically speaking, LSU vs Tennessee was a much more dominate performance than UF vs Tennessee. Now, as far as game management and shooting ourselves in the foot over and over again, that we did do which is why the game was close. 4 turnovers (one in the endzone) and 9 penalties wont cut it against florida, but if we play with few mistakes, this game could easily go either way

UF Tot yd-317 pass yds-167 rush yds-150
UT Tot yd-288 pass yds-259 ruch yds-29

LSU Tot yds-434 pass yds-215 rush yds-219
UT Tot yds-217 Pass yds-121 rush yds-96

I am going with Florida at home. LSU's yearly collapse starts with this game.

define "collapse." 9-3? is that a collapse?

For LSU it would be, especially if Miles lost all the meaningful games. Such as UF, Auburn, Bama and Arkansas. I think he loses all 4 games.

he loses them or the team loses them? or are they one and the same, in your opinion?

I don't think LSU can beat any of those teams this year. I think Miles follows the pattern of the last 2 years losing 4-5 games.

there's a difference between if they CAN beat someone and if they WILL beat someone. teams beat themselves sometimes. see: Arkansas vs. Bama

Alabama put pressure on Arkansas and wore them down in the second half. Teams break because good teams make them. Alabama beat Arkansas and anyone with a brain can see that. They had a lead but Bama had more depth and made better adjustments at halftime. Arkansas did not give the game away, Alabama being the champions that they are took it from them.

so that last pick Mallett threw to Dre was because of something Bama did? give me a fricking break.
