I love Blackshear but he doesn't have the foot speed to work the pick and roll and he can't guard someone from the perimeter if they drive. I think White is doing this to help his NBA prospects, but it is hurting them and the team imo. He needs to be in the block or high post.

Blackshear is somewhere in between Jon Horford and Al Horford

Got tons of skill, just no foot speed. I think it hurts us when we pull him too far from the basket.
