If across the board athletic success has anything to do with things, it is easily Delta State...National title in 2000 in football, played for National title this year, multiple world series appearances with a win or two of the 'ship, women's bball success...
Academically, it used to be rated as one of the top educations for the money in the nation too from what I am told.

I was actually gonna say delta state.. im stuck between them and mississippi delta community college
