I spoke with a friend who is a big Tulane supporter and they are having discussions about moving their game to the Superdome.

Tulane is scheduled to play in Orlando, the game might be relocated to the Superdome. While Tulane would like to play in their new stadium, that might not be an option to due to their agreement with the neighborhood coalition.

I don't know all of the details, but he told me there are limits to what events can take place in the stadium.

-only college games that can be played in the stadium are Tulane home games and one post season bowl game.
-can't play a high school game, the same week that Tulane has a home game
-limit on the number of events during the calendar year

Tiger Athletic Foundation staff told to start prepping like the game will be played in BR. Probably a "just in case" order, but none the less it's a sign that it's a possibility being planned for

You guys are so hopeful for that. If you say it enough, it must be true.

I'm not hopeful I don't wish it on anyone. I lived through it before as have most lsu fans. I watched my tigers play a home game in Arizona vs Arizona state I saw my saints play all 16 games away from their home. Just because we are interested in where the game will be played doesn't mean we are hoping for it to happen

yeah you're much better in complete denial that it is a possibility.

UF hasn't even discussed the storm

I'd rather the game be played in Gainesville. (1) That would mean the storm stays East and (2) you'll have no excuses should we win

The Jews in Audubon Place don't want the Riff-Raff in the neighborhood after dark.

What are some spots closest to UF the game could be moved to? Georgia Dome?

Could it be played in Jordan Hare? It's big enough, and they could be set up to host in a couple of days notice.

Is that spearheaded by the league or by those teams?

Seems UGA at SC would also be a pretty important conversation on that topic.
