Nothing you said disproves the idea that 2017 was better than 2013/2014/2016 bama teams. Its just your uneducated opinion to claim it's worse than them.

Good thing that has been resolved. Can’t wait to see how savage our running game will be with a legit deep passing threat. Should be a fun 2018 season.

Everyone forgets that the problem with Bama's passing game wasn't Hurts as much as it was the OL. Hurts saved them from looking worse than what they were.

We had no business winning the NC with the team we had on the field. None. We handicapped ourselves playing a one dimensional QB for a half and you still lost. That isn’t my problem. That is a Kirby Smart problem.

Put Blake Sims on the 2017 team and we don’t lose a game. It was our worst team since 2010.

What you just posted is the equivalent of when Pat Dye came on Finebaum begging Alabama to give Mike Shula one more year saying he has “earned” that opportunity.

We are going to be deadly with a passing threat at QB and the whole SEC knows it. The fact we were able to run without a passing game proves your O-Line theory wrong.

This is going to be the most potent Bama offense ever in 2018. Have fun stopping it.

Hurts was a liability. We won in spite of him.

Yes and no. There were plenty of times he saved a play from being a disaster with his legs, because a defender came free. But there were also plenty of examples of a clean pocket, when Hurts panicked after his first read and took off for a minimal gain.

Or took a sack or ran out of bounds 7 yards behind the LOS.

Don't talk in absolutes. There are still plenty of pieces to replace. Like an undervalued Bozeman at center.

The facts show that 2017 was better than 2013,2014, and 2016 bama. No need for you to repeat your nonsense.

Bama once again had a superior roster to every opponent. Always does. Bama should win the sec and national title every year. Y'all have no business losing games until another roster approaches your level.

2010 is still the most talented roster Alabama has ever had. It just wasn't a team.

Lol he sounds like a Bama fan already, but it’s sad because, no success and all.

Significantly more talented than 2013 and 2014.

It was not a better team or a more talented roster than 2016. The defensive losses alone from 2016 prove that.

Aren’t games played on the field and not on paper? They are. So what does that tell us?

Our 2016 team was likely our at worst the second best team under Coach Saban. That alone says it is you who is wrong.

You had your chance. And blew it. Against by Alabama standards under Coach Saban a very average team. We had a horrible QB and unprecedented injuries. Maybe when you guys get back to the NC in another 30 years you can hang on and win?

Whoever said it’s probably right. That’s one of the worst OOC schedules I’ve ever seen from an SEC team.

That lost on the football field. That is what matters. On paper doesn’t mean a thing when the ball is kicked off.

If UGA wins all their OOC games, loses a conference game and wins the SEC Championship, they will be in the playoff.

yep...Wisconsin's situation was they lost in their conference championship game...although had they lost earlier they likely would have been ranked too low to get in even if they won it.

Georgia on the other hand is going to be ranked high to start, likely at #5 at worst and maybe at #2-3, unlike Wisconsin who started at #9...but in this case with the poor schedule, slipping up and having the annual LOL blowout might truly be crippling, unlike the Auburn blowout loss from 2017.

It doesn't matter anyway, as even if Georgia wins the SEC East, which they will be favored to, Georgia isn't dodging Alabama in the SECCG for a second straight year.

You're having two different arguments then. You're telling the Georgia fan that 2017 Alabama wasn't a good team, despite the fact that they won it all "on the football field". And then turn around and argue with me that 2010 "doesn't mean a thing" because they didn't win "on the football field". So which is it?

The 2010 Alabama team was a roster that had the core players of three national title teams. Find a more talented roster not named 2001 Miami.

I love it when jake starts arguing against himself on my behalf. Simple is as simple does.

No, MSU is rotating off UGA's schedule. Try again.
