They have fantastic recruiters. To bad its proven that you can have great talent, but subpar coaching can undo that.

Everybdoy remember the stories about COach O, ripping off shirts wild boys and all of that? I think we are in for even better stories with this gem at Tenn.

Ok.. recruiting. Your QB situation is pretty sucky. Your new coach turns away one of the best prospects in the nation. What's a team to do?

why take a guy who isn't going to play this year, and sit on the bench the next 3?

Saban in his first year at LSU went 8-4 and his first year at bama he went 7-6, so 6-6 is a conservative bet. If a ball bounces a certain way we go 7-6 or 8-5

Saban goes 7-6 and you think 6-6 is conservative from Kiffin? How does that work?

Okay, it's official. Tennesse has now self reported the Bryce Brown violation.

I knew you were talking about recruting. My point is that, you saying quality not quantity obvisouly does not apply to hring coaches.

You can have Bryce Brown. That guy has trouble written all over him. I'm still counting that Oku will come to Auburn, hopefully.

I'd take Oku over Brown any day of the week. Anyone who has an "advisor" charging $9.99 a month to join a web site for updates on Brown's recruitment...that's a ticking time bomb IMO. No wonder Brown is delaying his announcment. More $9.99s!
===============================================
"On a Web site, Butler sells updates of Brown’s recruitment for $9.99 a month or $59 a year. He also seeks contributions that he says are used to take players on a tour of colleges each summer."
