I can’t find a preseason ranking for 2022 that doesn’t have Arkansas in the top 20

Seen them as high as #7 for 2022

And we made it to Atlanta with that heisman candidate. Somewhere you can’t get. Kind of like Omaha or the NCAA basketball tournament. Ole Miss doesn’t know those places

In 2007 McFadden finished second in the Heisman voting and Arky lost 5 games.
Right after a trip to Atlanta the previous year. When does Ole Miss plan on going?

Bro, you don't think a game which will never happen isn't hypothetical?

Do you know what hypothetical means?

The game with Ole Miss could have went either way that day. We went for the 2 point conversion and didn't get it. Ole Miss won fair and square.. but if Ole Miss would have played Georgia at there place like we did instead of Vanderbilt.. I think you guys would have had the same record as us right now.

If—
By Rudyard Kipling

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,
Or being hated, don’t give way to hating,
And yet don’t look too good, nor talk too wise:

If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: ‘Hold on!’

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds’ worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
And—which is more—you’ll be a Man, my son!

Ever since the memorandum of understanding Arky fans get big mad about everything related to Ole Miss in any way and it’s glorious

I'm not talking about what would happen in an actual game. I'm talking about what oddsmakers would set the spread at.

Again, y'all ain't bright.

Right. You're trying to make an example using a situation which will never happen, thus making it hypothetical.

"Hypothetical" is defined as "involving or being based on a suggested idea or theory; being or involving a hypothesis." Take it from Merriam-Webster, not me.

Bro, you've sailed yourself.

Except it isn't hypothetical. It's factual. You didn't cover a 5 point spread at home. Home advantage is 3-5 points in a spread. There's really not a whole lot of guesswork to be done here.

All this time you've accused me of ignoring reality when I'm literally using the results of the game that happened as a basis for my argument.

Y'all ain't bright.

DSJ, he’s making ACTUAL odds for a HYPOTHETICAL game!! It’s so obvious!! How do you not get it?!?

There is no hypothetical needed. The data is there. It's simply how odds work. If you think the spread would be the same on a neutral field as it was for an Ole Miss home game after failing to cover the first time around, you're just ignorant.

Oh okay, well since this isn’t hypothetical, where can I place my bet?

Keep responding to me saying the same shite over and over again for about 3 more pages and I'll see what I can do.

On an educational note, hypotheticals are based on hypothesis. This is not a hypothesis. It's objectively how spreads work. You would not have the same spread on a neutral field as you would at home. That is fact. Failing to cover a spread of -5 at home would swing the line even more in Arkansas' favor. That is also fact.

You’re crying because people won’t agree with you about what the odds would be for a game that isn’t happening. Amazing
