Most stadiums fade out. You can't tell me, with the way it's built vertically, it's not impressive and intemmidating for an opposing team. I just looked at thier website and they've made some very nice renovations this off season.

Click then Neyland Renovations link. It looks nicer to me.
I wish we'd do something like this.
The spokesmen's name is Mark Ingram though???

you must've hung around North Campus then with the drunk arse holes that now have it shut down for tailgating. Pretty sure nobody likes that crowd except for, well, that crowd.

Tiger Stadium. I've been twice, the first time as an LSU fan for the Auburn game in 07 and the second time for the UGA game in 08. No doubt the outcomes of both games affected my experience, as well as the kick arse trips to NO, but I got along with every LSU fan I met and they were surprisingly hospitable considering my experiences with them in Athens and Atlanta in prior years.

Thanks! I really am excited to visit Athens... So... you're saying to stay away from the north area...
Check. Got it!

At The Swamp....had drinks and ice thrown at us...
At UGA....had drinks and ice thrown at us...
At Ole Miss.... had empty Jack bottles thrown at us that hit the fence right in front of us... in the bleachered end zone.
I dont know about the best, but those were the worst.

I hate to let you down but Arkansas has the best in this conference and Alabama isn't second.
He means football, and BDS is ahead of Reynolds if only because of capacity.
Arky owns Alabama and most of the SEC in everything else, with the lone exception being LSU in some categories.

BDS is very nice but Alabama is behind in alot of other facilities fig.
If you were capable of following the theme of the thread you would understand that my post was inregards to Football Stadiums. BDS is the best, especially when the newest renovations are complete and it is my opinion that Ark's is the second nicest after BDS. You really have a problem with the juvenile screen name changes and personal attacks. grow up son!

Well this time around I wouldn't know what to tell you because those jagoffs have the actual tailgating on the beautiful North Campus (where the famous Arch is, directly across Broad St from downtown) all but shut down (you can bring fold up chairs but no tents, electronics, music, and the list goes on). Pretty much screwed the scene up there, at least for the foreseeable future.
All in all, so long as you're not running about the campus trying to stir the pot, most opposing fans are typically treated hospitably and with interest from the dawg contingent. However you will get some of the "new guard" that think it their place to exert some kind of dominance by being pricks, even to the other UGA fans. They're few and far between so I'd suggest ignoring them and moving on

In Athens you dont need to tailgate... JR's baitshack serves donuts on the morning of every game. If I didnt know of any one with a tailgate I'd just go there

Knoxville by far. Should be even better since they are renovating the stadium.

Just once I'd like to see LSU play the Hogs in Reynolds.
Just once.

Just once.

This is pretty sound advice actually. Athens is now loaded to the brim with good, unique eateries. and not just the typical bbq, southern fried food staples. I've seriously spent days up there doing nothing but hopping around restaurants by day and bars by night. Part of the appeal I'd think to visiting fans is that the downtown is so diverse in venues but thick in numbers that prior to game time there isn't too much of a need to leave that area (unless you want to see the campus of course)
