Paper wealth from startups.
Pretty easy to launch a startup and get a $1,000,000 post money valuation.
Call yourself a "Founder/CEO", live and "work" out of your van for a year (ski/beach bum) on the $150,000 you pulled for 15%, fold the company, rinse and repeat.
Even easier the next time since now you can tell them you're an "experienced" founder (never mind the fact there was never any meat on the bone and you folded).

I never lived in the city of Austin. I lived in Williamson County.

The gays in Austin were pretty cool actually. It’s the rich white UTa ultra liberals and Californians that ruined Austin.
