We were losing them anyways. Both were likely to be backups but play a good bit. Lovett behind Pickering and Jones moved to Safety because he was a horrible corner. It hurts depth for sure. But it definitely stings less getting to laugh at all the Ole Miss fans that thought it was a done deal. Lots of tail between the legs over there.

We are. But at the same time, it happens. Big change of culture and one of the guys loved his attention. Both were very good and likely to play a lot, but attitude shifts also need to happen. If they’re that quick to quit, bye.
