Like who in the national media? You're the one making the claim that there is this consensus. Who are the Bama players that fizzled out?

Plenty of busts for any school that sends 5-6 every year.

Don't know about media, but did read an article about NFL scouts who do get a little wary about drafting Alabama players too high.
Something about they are not sure if the Bama players are still durable enough to waste a high pick on with all the surgeries a lot have had before they get to the NFL.
Not sure how true that is though.

Yet Bama still has players drafted high every year. Weird.

NFL is a step down from such a premiere program as Bama. It's natural for a let down to occur.
So finally getting the opportunity to play the game for serious money is a let down for these guys? C'mon man

Article on how NFL Scouts and GMs love Bama players because they are the most NFL ready. LINK

The only plausible explanation is deer antler spray. Clearly.

Bama players already got paid.

Your entire thread is based on an incorrect premise. Not to mention it's tired AF.

What evidence do you have?
What defines success vs. Failure in the NFL?
Why can't LSU beat Ole Miss?

This fricking thread again! Point to where Nick Saban hurt you.

I want our players to do well in the pros, but I would rather them have Bama type success in college more than succeed in the pros. This doesn't even give us an edge in recruiting either so 0 fricks are given by me

Bama has the OROY, two really good OL, one of the best interior DL, and before injury, a really good WR.
LSU has Patrick Peterson and...yeah that's what I thought

Haven't we had about 10 threads on this in the last few weeks? LSU has had busts and Bama has had busts. Both schools have also had players that have done well. The pissing contests are getting old
I wished I had the gif of the dude clapping.
