If LSU had better college bars other than the dump tigerland we could easily be even higher I think. I'm also biased though.

Aren't y'all developing the whole strip by Magnolia Mound? I saw renderings of a trolly running from the edge of downtown (surrounded by new bars and restaurants) all the way to Tiger Stadium.

Would be epic.

I can't think of one way which Oxford favorably relates to Grenada except they both are in North Mississippi.

Some dude on my FB feed posted a picture of him checking in at the Chili's in Starkville with the status "[i]t's great to be back in God's Country for Super Bulldog Weekend."

There's not enough difference between Oxford and Starkville to measure them that far apart. That's a joke.

Is that actually going to happen?

I know some apartments didn't do well over there due some sewage issues and crack addicts abducting peoples pet labs and selling them to Pastime for toppings

While it doesn't compare to the other great SEC towns, I've never hosted someone who disliked their stay in Starkville. If you go in alone, of course you'll have a shitty time because you don't know the in's and out's of the town. I have friends from Oxford and Baton Rouge that love coming up to visit during the year athletic year. That being said, I understand the opinions of many that don't buy into what I just stated.

There are literally only 30 or so people in existence that would argue that Starkville is anywhere near Oxford in terms of, well, anything, and they're all on this message board.

The two towns have more in common than they do differences.

I always had fun in Starkvegas.

Then again, I had great friends who went to school down there and it was fun to get away from Oxford for a weekend, at least when I was in undergrad it was.

Do you think Snackbar is overpriced?

Do you think BBB is overrated, raymond? Do you think their freshly smoked bacon is too expensive?

Is it always happy hour at your house, raymond?

Keep fighting the good fight, partner. Until then, we'll just have fun in our 1,000,000,000 times better town
