If you swapped UGA and OU, UGA would have a ton of Big12 titles too....this is such a stupid thread.

UGA is too cheap to make a commitment to win at an elite level. The staff is a pure recruiting staff with little to show as a developer and coach. They are a very emotion driven team with a lot of high recruited talent that doesn’t play as a team. Guys skipping bowls, and giving up eligibility coupled with the normal 5-7 off season arrests (good deal avoiding that this year by the way, credit where credit is due) just screams a me over team locker room. When you watch them you see a lot of individual individual instead of team effort.
And no, Kirbys seat isn’t hot or getting hot. Avoid scandal that embraces the school, beat Auburn and GaTech on a regular basis, don’t lose a bunch to Florida and he is safe. The roster alone means they will win a bunch of games every year.

There are a lot of expectations this year to win it all.
So far Smart has choked away big games. He rode Richt's seniors to the NC game in year two and has had diminishing returns since.
If he screws up again this year, it's not the fan base he will have to worry about. The recruits will stop believing that championship talk.
Alabama already started last year to pull away again on the recruiting trail last year. This will only increase if Kirby cements his place as a choker in the eyes of the college football world.
It's do or die time in Athens.

Riley has 4 straight conference championships. Day has 2 straight. Kirby has 1 in 5 seasons. You aren’t comparing Apples to Apples.

Kirby would definitely lose in the BIG12 as those teams play offense. Kirby is just beginning to figure out defense does not win games it only helps. Offense today wins games
