Thats part of what happens when you play big non-conference games. It we would have played someone likeee...New Mexico State and Broadway Show Joe put up those kind of numbers, no one would have given a shite and everyone would still be sitting around wondering if LSU is any good.

College Football needs a good LSU.
Because the other great teams like Bama, Clemson, UGA, Ohio State, Oklahoma, etc are just so boring.
There's no character to those teams.
Florida, Auburn, LSU, Miami, Oregon, USC...these teams have character and are fun as hell when good.
