Personally I think a kid should be able to play wherever they want to play. Private or public.
We have Florida State collegiate school here, and it's a high school where they are taking college level courses, but they don't have sports programs. They can play sports at the public local high schools. Pretty awesome opportunity

Florida school choice has been this way for a while and it's wild.
There was a kid in my daughters class who transferred his senior year to play football at one school, and the next semester transferred back to his original school for wrestling/powerlifting.

Based on that "diversity and inclusion" reference, some of them may be figs. They are all douchebags, you are correct. They are trying to hide behind the fact they do it for charity. There's plenty of other ways to raise money for the children's hospital
