So is an Oklahoma fan on an SEC message board, but different strokes for different folks I guess

Is it? We play 1 maybe 2 SEC teams the next two weeks. I don't think it's strange that SEC fans are on OU message boards.

Bragging about having a lot of bowl games on Jan 1 is just strange.

Says the Sooner fan being butthurt about New Years Day bowls being dominated by SEC teams on an SEC board.

I am sure Kansas, Texas Tech and Baylor really helped you out this year buddy.

Playing in the weakest Conference in College football should never be a bragging point.

Oklahoma feasted on the little conference sisters this year...just like Texas used to do, endlessly, in the past.

Don't beat your chest too much dude.

It's not the second best team in the Big XII, it's second pick of Big XII teams.

Ohio State has arrived, I see.

Michigan on New Years...but no Ohio State.

Hmmmmmmmm.

SEC > B12

'We'd' always heard the SEC is top heavy, ie- ...two or three really good teams and the rest only marginally above our Big 12, say, 4-12...

2018 begins with an "All SEC" football extravaganza.

It is merely a point of fact.

The other conferences have a long way to go.

We are just too good.

Damn.

Why does it bother you that other teams have performed well and are feeling good?
Don’t be so defensive.

Carolina will go BOOM on Michigan.

Nice to see South Carolina in these type of Bowl Games.

Your fanbase certainly deserves it.

To be honest, If I had to bet on those 5 games, I would only bet on Alabama and Auburn to win

The others scare me

Why are SEC fans so proud of the Outback, Peach, and Citrus bowls just because they fall on Jan 1?

The Peach Bowl is an NY6 bowl. The Citrus Bowl is hands down the best bowl not in the NY6. Outback is a decent mid-tier bowl. Not sure why you think it is reaching to be happy our conference has 3 teams slotted in NY6 bowls plus good prestigious matchups in 2 other NYD bowls vs. Notre Dame and Michigan.
