SummerofGeorge, that is the best take I have seen. He was throwing raw meat to the fan base and "over kicked his coverage".

He attempted to call Jimbo and he wouldn't take his call.

Both need to calm down.

He stopped taking his meds and went off the deep end. Porn bombed the place on his way out the door.

Spurrier is the one that got the investigation started into Bama, Not Fulmer. When Fulmer was summoned behind closed doors he was asked questions which he confirm. Fulmer was nothing more than a corroborating witness.

Spurrier openly bitched about it like this and nobody said shite about him once the dust settled

That's because everyone knew Spurrier wasn't cheating. He was winning championships and getting out recruited. Everyone said it was because he didn't like recruiting, which was true, but it was mostly because others were cheating.

It's a little different when 2 cheaters point the finger at each other.

Spurrier never did anything but call them out in the press. He never launched any investigation. He knew Kramer would protect his boy Fulmer anyway.

And Spurrier confronted DuBose, told him he knew what was happening with Travis Carroll and to stop it. DuBose probably truly had no clue because he was a dumbass who wasn't even consulted by boosters, but Spurrier called him and warned him.

Fulmer actively attempted to destroy Alabama football - his words to Santonio Beard, not ours - while remaining anonymous about it. Oh, and while also engaging in the bidding process for Albert Means, paying Tee Martin through a Western Union, openly recruiting Eric Locke while he was still on Alabama's roster and running a nice little academic fraud scandal before slandering Linda Bensel-Meyers for having the nerve to blow the whistle.

Fulmer hated Alabama. He saw a chance to destroy the program for getting sloppy and he did anything and everything he could to exploit it while knowingly having TennStud doing the exact same thing on his end. Congrats, he almost succeeded too.

Well maybe Saban should stop trying to actively destroy other programs and calling out Jimbo for doing nothing wrong. Again. Apologize to the Vols!!!

or all the whining they did about Phil Fulmer snitching on Bama cheating, at least that was behind closed doors.

Saban is acting like such a titty baby over A&M flat out recruiting better than him and it’s embarrassing.

I must have missed where Saban said anything new, rather than just repeating whatever everyone already knew.
