Every expansion teams 1st SEC game against a ranked, organic SEC team

1992 South Carolina: L 28-6 Georgia
1992 Arkansas: L 38-11 Alabama
2012 Missouri: L 41-20 Georgia
2012 A&M: L 20-17 Florida
2024 OU: L 25-15 Tennessee
2024 Texas: L 30-15 Georgia

Note: The expansion team was the home team for everyone of these games

No changing th loss against Florida in 2012 That was a weird game. JFF was an unknown quantity due to us having our fist game postponed (hurricane).

Still a loss though and your post is true.

hadn’t thought about it since it happened but that florida-a&m game was wild from what i remember

We also had zero tape on Manziel, so goes both ways. We adjusted at half and A&M didn’t score again.

Yea, it was the first SEC game for us. It was the first game of the season for us due to La Tech getting postponed.

BYW, that La Texh game was played later in the season and it just lasted FOREVER. easily over a 4 hour game.

There was no defense on that field that evening.
