Yes he kinda is. Do you think if you went out tonight and got in a fight with someone who started it you would be charged with a felony?

Not the best quality for a marine to exhibit IMO.

Do you mean "even figure out" or "have even figured out?"

I meant just what I typed, GUMP.

quote:

1. a. To a greater degree or extent. Used as an intensive with comparative adjectives and adverbs: Looked sick and felt even worse. b. Indeed; moreover. Used as an intensive: He was depressed, even suicidal. Even a child knows better. c. Used as an intensive to indicate something that is unexpected: declined even to consider the idea.

The felony portion was in direct relation to the level of injury sustained by the victim.

And yes, if a number of people testified in front of a Grand Jury that my actions were of a nature that warranted a felony or lesser charge, I would expect to be charged.

Regardless of my "fame or status".

Which JJ had no part in.

It would never get to that stage. Not only is JJ in court for no reason, he had to sit out 1/3 of the season for no reason. He's definitely just as much of a victim in this situation as Lowery. Hell i don't even see how Lowery is even a victim at all.

JJ should've curb stomped that POS. Instead he let him off easy with a soccer kick to the head. I can't wait for JJ to light up the gump secondary and destroy "order" and create mayhem and chaos.

You've just shown a great example of missing the point, like most of your fellow corndogs in this thread.

I thought he didn't do anything. Were you on the Grand Jury?

Ok, since you're obviously challenged, I'm going to explain it to you. I could have said "Sometimes I wonder how some of you gumps figured out how to use a computer". That would have been correct. Adding the "even" as an intensive doesn't change that.

The grand jury was presented evidence to go ahead with felony charges. They saw that those charges were crazy, reduced them and set a court date. Don't be too shocked when all charges are dropped come February. Jefferson just so happens to have one of the best defense attorneys in the state.

Please. With the way Gump is thrown around here, I thought I had some leeway in saying "corndog." Since it offends you, I'll try to put a disclaimer asking for your forgiveness.

Dan Wolken is a joke. And not just because of this gay article filled with hyperbole, but for everything he wrote when he arrived at the Commetcial Appeal in Memphis, to the time he left.
