I think for me personally, its because we spent our time being a bad program for the better part of a decade. we gave credit to our opponents, we were proud of our SEC brothers for their successes (except UT). We play the #1 team not expecting much, and somehow pull out a pretty decisive win. Instead of getting a "hey good game cocks, still a long series but good game" we get hit with 4 or 5 threads about how our program knowingly cheated, and how we are ducking LSU etc. That ruffles feathers.

I think that’s fair. I think it’s unfortunate that Jay decided to pitch the back of the bullpen because it took away from what could have been as far as the competitiveness of the series

I will never understand why Johnson was throwing the arms he was. Mind boggling. It was 3-1 in third inning. He knows better then me!

tons of ball left for sure. We have won games late, and lost games late. runs are way up this year, so 3 was never going to win it imo. Even with both aces in.

The storm was like 20 miles northeast of yall on radar and we couldve played game 3 around 8 on Friday night but no, you pussies cancelled at like 5 in the evening and scheduled for 11 the next day when the forecast showed 100% chance of rain. The shite was calculated. I pray to almighty God we meet yall again this year. Skenes would probably pitch every game of the CWS finals if it was against yall just to push yalls shite in. I gave him a pass for it until he left Herring in with 2 runners on only down 1 in the 5th tonight. Ray Charles couldve seen what was about to happen. Not sure if Wes or Jay are the one messing up, or both, but they need to figure it out quick like and in a hurry.

If his career continues at this pace, he will be challenging the best hitters in the history of college baseball. I thought his hitting would fall off in SEC play, but it hasn’t. Pretty great freshman hitter
