Texas gonna start out 0-2

Will they be calling for Sark to be fired after that?

Nice little matchup in Week 1 for Sark, and then Texas goes to Arkansas in Week 2. Texas goes 2-0 and moves up to the Top 15.

This board will melt if they lose week 1 to UCLA

Fun fact, Arkansas has the worst record over the past 10 years for all of the sec, even candy. You’ll be playing the Kansas of the SEC.

Don't 6 is too high at all for A&M and I do think UF should be in the top 10.

Maybe not, Texas is only favored by 9 1/2. That’s sad.

what was LSU ranked by ESPN before the 2020 season?

ESPN’s 2020 College Football Preseason Top 25 Poll

actually, this page only shows the top 15, but LSU comes in at #8

Clemson
Ohio State
Alabama
Georgia
Penn State
Oregon
Florida
LSU
Oklahoma
Notre Dame
Texas A&M
Oklahoma State
Wisconsin
Auburn
Michigan

LINK

so yes, any poll is subjective, but a major reason LSU isn't ranked higher is because they sucked so badly last year.

Based on the Preseason polls Auburn was last team to come outside the Top 15 win a title.

Honestly, I think ULL takes the first week. ULL is tougher, more experienced, and Napier is a great offensive coach. And Arkansas, Texas is going to find out just how much their lack of depth in the front seven is going to be a liability

I also think they start 0-2. Possibly 1-1

Arkansas was not the Kansas of the SEC last year with Pittman.. They were a lot better, and Odom is a great DC. Plus, Texas will be Arkansas’s Super Bowl this year. I expect a close game that could go either way. Arkansas could beat Texas and/or Texas A&M this year.

There will be an epic melt if Arkansas wins one of those games..

You realize Arkansas plays at least 5 other teams much more relevant than texas right?

Last season LSU was a shoe not being thrown from 4-6. I hear this season Coach O actually interviewed the new DC Coach. I’m impressed. I say they go 8-4 or 7-5 depending on any shoes being tossed or not.

Louisiana had a higher Sagarin rating than 9 SEC teams last year..

All but Alabama, Georgia, Texas A&M, Florida & Auburn. They have a good coach and they return almost everyone. That’s a tough team to play in Week 1 with a new coach and a new QB..

Ask them which game they want to win most this year.. maybe we need a poll.

If we could win one game this year it would be Alabama.

That isn’t happening but you asked

Auburn’s due for an inexplicable, voodoo-heavy run to the top.
