Oklahoma returns a solid core of their team that went 9-2 and won the Big 12 this past season. They are most likely going to go 11-1 (at the very least) in 2021 and win the Big 12 once again. That puts them squarely in the conversation for another playoff appearance.

Tiers are stupid. It's Bama and everyone else. Clem as of late is the only team close. Lsu comes out of the woodworks every 4 years, while osu gets embarrassed often. Uga doesn't deserve anything (1980). Oklahoma and ND are an embarrassment against good competition.

I'd honestly put UGA in Tier 2 and move Penn State, Florida, and others out of Tier 2.
