Uh, they have texts from a booster which detail payments to a recruit. That's pretty much the definition of "bagman"
They have Terry Warren pegged as the pay-for-play guilty party. The University even helped the NCAA run a sting on his operation.

This alleged bagman was the same guy that is connected to MSU and has records of giving over $10k to the player that signed with you. State should have gotten hit with that. The "evidence" is non-existent and the reason why there is an appeal going right now but I guess you run the cleanest program there ever was and we are evil... EVIL...
