Elko may be the better for you because of his experience at A&M but acting like he’s miles ahead of Stoops is silly at best.

Duke is the Vanderbilt of the ACC.

Take some time and look what the Kentucky program that Stoops inherited was like.
It was as bad as Vandy or Duke, and he built it into a consistent bowl team.

When Stoops inherited Kentucky, he inherited Joker Phillips having a squad of MAC players and 2-win seasons.

Stoops would have been a mistake at A&M. So they went out and got the other Stoops, from Duke. They're the same coach, more or less.

We said we were frustrated when the inconsistencies of this team. That’s a far cry from “trash”.
