nothing sleazy about EG, IMO.... and I'm probably not the only one.

I would like to think just plain good. I don't know anything about his recruiting methods, but the time, money and effort he and his wife have put into their foundation after Sidney's death has been absolutely amazing. I would like to think that he is as upstanding a guy on the recruiting trail as in his work with the foundation.

He's just good and one of the most liked and respected coaches in the country.Probably the best Florida recruiter in the country other than Meyer.

Possible but doubtful. Gran wants to advance in his coaching career moving from FSU to TTU would be a step down,though Tubs does have a close relationship with him.
Gran is simply that good, I believe he's put 3 or 4 first round running backs in the NFL and countless others that were drafted. I'd argue one of the best recruiters and coaches period.
