If it was your daughter or relative who was killed, not your school, how would you feel. Legally he may be fine, but morally BAMA and Oats chose winning over the reputation of the school and athletic program.

Well two people are already going to be put to death for her murder so what's an additional one or two?
Kill em all.

What do you think of Brian Kelly?

I guess it might depend on whose morals you go by.
Should a school be allowed to hire a coach that sent a kid up a tower to his death in a storm?
Should a school be allowed to hire a coach who looked the other way when his star QB stole crab legs and was allegedly involved in a rape?
Should a school be allowed to hire a coach who used a school provided cell phone to call hookers and harass a female student who said that one of his football players assaulted her?
You see, once you start going down the "morals" road, you have to decide whose morals you go by.

I would feel bad that I raised my daughter to hang out with Thugs at 130 in the morning to be killed by a thug. Y’all act like this woman was going to Sunday School with the preacher. We still don’t even know who fired first or really any details so in short I’d hope to raise my daughter better.

Next week you’ll be saying he held her down while they shot her. Do you just make shite up or are you trolling?
Everyday you guys post the same shite over and over and keep adding more conspiracy theories.
Where did you read he drove the get away vehicle? You didn’t.. because he didn’t. You just made that shite up dumbass!
If you took the time to actually read the reports, he didn’t even know anyone had been killed when he and dozens of other witnesses fled the scene.
When shooting starts , people that aren’t involved generally run..
But none of that matters to you idiots.
So I tell you what you need to do.. drive to Tuscaloosa and explain to the authorities why they are wrong! Because honestly, most people on the board are tired of reading your bullshite theories.
So stfu! Brandon Miller is playing tomorrow and I hope he goes for 40 against your beloved pigs

The murderer didn’t know anyone had been killed when he fled the scene either. Not sure what you think that means.

Are you talking about Miller’s parents or Miles parents and don’t know it? The guy in Miller’s car had a previous arrest for gun crimes.

If he was your son, would you feel the same way? If some friend of a friend put your son in the same situation, would you advocate like this?

Your responses on all of this indicate you are not a very intelligent person. I normally don’t respond to people that are dumb.. I’ve made a few exceptions this week.. like now.
So frick off dumbass.. your comments make no sense

Thank you. My mom would have never involved in a gunfight at the Strip at 1am. I hope Brandon Miller have learned that you are the company you keep.

Well I know how to properly type out a sentence so, no, that's never happened.

I'd be crushed over the loss and would want justice and the two people directly responsible for my loved one's death prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
However I wouldn't hold the person who had returned someone's legally owned gun to an owner who minutes later used it in a violent crime against my loved one any more responsible for my loved one's death any more than I would hold someone who returned a borrowed vehicle to an owner who later used that vehicle to run over a loved one of mine in a fit of road rage.
In either case the person returning the property to its rightful owner isn't responsible for what that owner does with it after it's returned assuming the owner hasn't communicated a specific threat or his/her intention to use their property to commit a violent act or crime to the returner either before or while it's being returned. In the case of returning a borrowed vehicle I wouldn't hold the person returning the vehicle to its owner responsible unless they handed the keys to an owner who was clearly drunk and the returner's negligence in handed the keys to the owner resulted in my loved one being killed by the owner in a drunk driving accident.
