BO couldn't carry HW's jock strap. The Aubie fan arguments are lame at best, going to take a nap now. Hoping you guys wake before I do. Caio

International superstar and one of the better athletes in history couldn't carry the jock of an Athens local hero. Sure.

Bleacher Report

Any Report, lists Walker above Jackson. No competition.

Adrian Peterson couldn't hold Walker's water bottle.

Tebow > Bo and Her Shell. More rushing TDs.

still don't understand this argument, Latti was injured blocking downfield in 2011 and on a freak tackle in 2012 in year his carries were significantly down. as someone who has never rushed in a football game in my life, put me in his position on those two plays and I tear my knee up the exact same way

The point was simply that many carries typical will equal to an injury. Whether through wearing down or a freak hit. The fact that Herschel didn't wear down and played injured (Sugar Bowl vs ND) instead of being "waaaah my glass hip shattered again", shows how much more tough and durable he was than many others he has been compared to.

but besides his hip injury in the NFL, how many other injuries did he rack up while playing? if it's only that one in the NFL, how does that matter when discussing his college career?

Has any other NC ever had a schedule where they faced 8 teams with losing records? 73% with a losing record.

1980, easiest NC row to hoe?

I think it is obvious what happened there. The first few teams were so completely demoralized after our drubbing that they never recovered and were unable to put any kind of success together.

The next few teams were Ole Miss, Vandy and UK and they are Ole Miss, Vandy and UK...pretty self-explanatory, not sure what you were expecting.

LSU (IIRC) and UF had decent seasons but the tail end of our schedule was admittedly weak. Those Tech and Auburn teams clearly saw us coming, realized the buttfricking that was about to ensue and decided to take a few throughout the season as a warm up so they'd be ready when we got there and it might not hurt so bad.

Easily explained. Those may have been some decently successful teams had they not encountered the Juggernaut that was UGA football and the Greatest Running Back in College Football History that year.

Those posts were discussing overall athleticism initially, not football careers. The argument was that he was put on too high of a pedestal to be as fragile as he was. Truly GOAT athletes are also tough and durable.

By 'International Sports Star' he probably means that the boat Bo was on once took 14th in a bill fishing tournament while accidentally straying outside U.S. territorial waters.

Other than that ...

Fwiw, and to make you feel bad about your attempt. . .

Bo Jackson qualified for the Olympics in track and field.

Bo turned THEM down.

So there you go. . .please try using that point again. It amuses me greatly.
