I just want to see us make the tourney and win a game. After that, it's all gravy (and matchup-dependent).

LOL not a snowballs chance in hell that happens.
The aggies are about to learn a painfull lesson as to why Rick Stansbury no longer resides in starkville.
He can win the west year after year, he can win non-confrence games untill the end of time.
What he can not do is make it past the first weekend of the tourney.
And make no mistake about it Rick is your coach, Billy Kennedy is just the head cheerleader.
Rick is a great guy and a good recruiter, however his teams wilt anytime pressure is applied.

UGA is an AVERAGE team, and they shot 28% from the field....thats AWFUL. Probably in part to A&M's defense, but shite, no defense in the NCAA is THAT GOOD.
Moral of the story: A&M still pretty good, UGA might be worse than you thought, or you just realized they can play this bad.

Actually not a surprise, those old enough to remember know Stansbury's teams pretty much led the nation in field goal defense % for his first decade at State.
