It's sad that you think Ole Miss fans care about losing a series in March when they won a national title in June.
I don't recall Vandy fans crowing about their 2013 season when they set the SEC record for conference wins, a record they still have. Why? Because they, like Tennessee last year, didn't even make it to Omaha. Miss State played in the title series that season. I don't think they much cared that Vandy went 4-0 against them that season. Why? Because once the postseason begins, what you did in the regular season is irrelevant.

Graphic does a great job of pointing out the incredible job CTV has done, thanks. In the ten years prior to him I think we finished dead last in the East 8 times and the other two years we finished second to last. Then he turns it around so fast he has the 2cd all time SEC winning % . Unbelievable job.

Possibly. Us being in Omaha and coming back with a trophy kind of blurs most of the season prior.

I absolutely love that he thinks it that series bothers us. They could have scored 400 runs that weekend and it wouldn’t have made a difference given the outcome.

You're halfway to the longest winning streak in the series and not quite to the 8 game losing streak that immediately preceded your current streak or the 7 game losing streak that immediately preceded the one game Tennessee won in 2014, but I commend the Vols for making their record against Paul Mainieri look more respectable with their 2021 season
