Actually, Vanderbilt has a higher percentage of students in greek organizations.
Couldn't pull up your link, but US News and World Reports showed Ole Miss having a higher percentage (only slightly) than Vanderbilt.

Honestly, they are pretty bad. It is so old school. Mostly it is just like any time you get a bunch of young males together, other than Aggies (different stuff happens), and they walk around like they are the most important people in the world.
Being from out of state, it took getting used to the fact that you end up around a lot of guys whose dads' are big shots where they come from so they have an exaggerated view of importance. Once you get past the first year or two everybody chills out for the most part. Probably the same at most schools.

Down fall for A&M was when they allowed frats in the 1980's.

43% for Vandy

Shouldn't be that noticeable.

I didn't mean it was more noticeable than Ole Miss, I just meant that when you walk around Vandy or go to school there, it seems like every student is in Greek life.

This is not even debatable. I love the faux-Southern gentry names too.

Sorry it took so long for me to reply, I was sipping on some Makers and getting road head from my dime piece tridelt wife. We're driving the Z71 to my parents condo in Destin for a week of drinking with the bros, as it's slow at Dad's law office this time of year. Mad? Fight me IRL.

You can't walk thru that damn Grove without smelling like Massengill, so the answer to your question "YES", they do have a large percentage of douchenozzles in the frat in Oxford.
