Napier has dealt with so many handicaps with Florida it’s unreal. The NIL mess, the lack of culture in the locker room, etc. Napier is better than his record reflects

The thing is our athletic dept (UAA) doesn’t want him. He cares about winning too much. They want a 8-4 coach that can win enough to keep casual fans semi-interested while getting rid of the die hard who remember winning like the caw
Think Dan Mullen minus his obnoxious weird attitude. Thats who the UAA wants.
And our boosters aren’t as good as ole miss they don’t care about winnning they just want to have their Hollis lifestyle and country club experience at the Tom petty light show at the swamp 6 times a year

As a Vol you know we hate Fla as much as anyone but it’s respectful hate because no matter over the years how good of team we may had fielded we couldn’t beat you.
No one has a record over us like Fla.

Napier was never really given a chance given the state of the program and the insane schedule they’ve had the past 2 seasons. I doubt anyone will admit it but UF has given every reason to believe they’ve got serious issues with boosters and internally. I don’t know where their leadership is hiding but it’s def not hanging around the football program.
