Only he didn't step out of bounds. He was tossed out of bounds by the DB but I get your point.

Wellll their TE was their leading receiver soooo.

That is a big part of their game.

They did get beat deep by Williams once, and a couple of other guys who dropped the ball.

That was a busted play and not due to a great catch or great route running.

Minus my balls I'm a woman, even still that's a 12 catch 100 yard pace. Not to mention the way his presence affects how the defense can play even if he isn't catching passes.

4 catches for 65 yards and 40 of that was on a busted play.

Does Bama get the starting CBs and Jase McClellan back as well? If so then yes they win easily. UGA had ZERO impactful injuries this year and it neutralized the playing field.

I guess Bama never played a team's backup QB who was also injuried.

If Bama has both then yes, it's a much different game.

It's OK man. Let's just pretend two guys on the Bama offense who accounted for most of the offensive production were not important. We need to make Georgia fans and all the boogs and corndogs feel good today.

You just insinuated UGA used their better players to take away the TEs. The TE was their leading receiver and had a career high in receiving yards. Imagine what he would have done with Metch and Williams in the game and worse players guarding him.

Again, this is dumb but even if you take it away he's still on pace for a really good game.

You just need to take the L here. It was a poor post on your part, lord knows we all make them. No need to keep digging.

Unequivocally yes.

But the Dawgs are the champs. Fair and square.

Dude, I think you are arguing with a fellow Aubie trying to crap on Alabama. I do agree he likes to keep digging even though it makes him look more the fool.

Part of me wants Kirby to double down on the game manager philosophy when it comes to offense. Kirby learned from Saban but it's early Saban (pre-Tua). Saban's changed since with both offense and defense.

The TEs are a big part of their Offense. They had a lot of catches last night but none were really impact catches (one TD). UGA did everything not to get beat deep last night, it was made easier by Williams injury, but they shut that part of the game down before his injury. The most effective pass play for Bama was throwing to the RB out of the backfield. UGA didn't look like they were trying to slow that down. Don't know why they didn't go to it more to slow down UGAs blitz.

No, look over Williams has been the biggest threat all year. It was with the deep pass and UGA had a plan to stop it. No digging neccessary.

Hey Georgia fan. Relax man..your team won

I'm not upset at all. Just pointing out that you are using logic to support your point, but are not using the same logic for us.

quote:

Georgia was the better team.

We were last night. But I still can't shake the SECCG out of my head. We (Georgia fans) can come up with all kinds of excuses of why we lost the SECCG, but it all boils down to we were outplayed and out coached. last night? It was different. I think most on the board would say we were, as a whole, a more consistent team. But a lot of that comes with experience. Your team has a ton of youth and the consistency will come.

Alabama was not successful running the ball last month in ATL either
Well, it sure seemd like you did to me. You did much better than most teams. Brian Robinson is a hoss. I love the way he runs. I saw him break through our line last night and pushed one of our would be tacklers down into the ground.
