Alabama fatigue is real whether you accept it or not. The committee will not risk damaging its own credibility while simultaneously devaluing the regular season and divisional/conference championships just because Alabama wishes to be in the playoffs. They were allowed in previously because it was a down year across the board in college football and they could maximize profits by adding Alabama. That is not the case this year or moving forward.
I'll always acknowledge a reasonable, well-written post. I agree the above issues could come into play. But when one speaks in absolutes like this, with no knowledge of what will happen the next month, it betrays a pretty strong bias and mental stubbornness.
But to be clear, if you ask me, as of 11/10/19, this Bama team does not deserve the playoffs.

I'm not 'Bama' but I think there's a decent shot things could shake out that way. I also think that anyone who speaks in absolutes on this issue right now, with a month of football remaining, is kind of a moron. I think it's that simple.
ETA: The 'decent shot' I referenced above, in my opinion, is still less than 50%, but well north of 0%.
