Give players one transfer without having to sit a year.

This is the only answer. 5 to play 5 will help a little bit but the only way to allow teams any semblance on continuity and program building is to chill out with players playing at 3 schools in 4 years.

It may take creating a player's association like the NFLPA but that's where we are. This shite is out of hand.

It still blows my mind that we’re this far and NIL and people have no idea what it is. You cannot cap how much money someone is able to make off of their name image and likeness.

That’s not what they are getting paid for and you know it. It’s purely a salary being paid by the athletics department and boosters. Maybe 5% is NIL.

I think CTE issues will take the sport down the most. Too many brain injuries that are being ignored right now but are going to reappear soon. Our brains were not made to take these hits.

Take a sizable portion of all media contracts on the D1 level and distribute it to all scholarship players, with added incentives for staters, starters on P4 teams, Captains and captains on P4 teams, players who win awards, players whose team wins a bowl, players whose team makes the playoffs, and players whose team wins the championship.

so everyone is getting paid, because even the third string guys are critical for the sport. But the stars are getting compensated accordingly. All NIL goes to the NCAA and is distributed. Just like for most employees in other fields.

Salary and buyout cap on coaches. A very restrictive cap on agents. Agents are not allowed to represent more than one coach within a conference. Agents which represent any coach can not represent any player.

Players can transfer once, unless their head coach or position coach leaves Then they can transfer for free.
