Maybe your coach shouldn’t have told Turner to “Code Red” Daniels.

Truth must hurt your feelings.
Cause i said he was better than the rest. No shame in quitting when there's no hope to win the game and your stats are just gonna go down.
At least he didn't have to climb a tall tower in hurricane conditions.

Trashy Alabama fans are going to say trashy things.
No surprise there.

Are we still doing this?
Yes, Nick Saban sunk Jayden Daniels Heisman trophy chances. Add that to your conspiracy theory folder.
What did Norvell do to make Daniels disappear in the second half of that game?

Against the two best teams he played, FSU and Alabama, LSU scored 24 and 28 points and lost. That is why Jayden Daniels will not win the Heisman. The two biggest games, the two games that the most Heisman voters actually payed attention to, he didn’t do anything more than play really good. Again, he is a great player and probably the best QB this year. But when people from all over the country were paying attention he just looked really good. And lost. Fair or not, that is what Heisman voters outside of the southeast remember.
This would make a lot of sense if we hadn’t seen Lamar Jackson win it in the last decade. He did so over Deshaun Watson, a guy with great stats on an undefeated team that clobbered Jackson. He did so losing his last two games to unbanked teams in unspectacular fashion.

I think he is the most talented. Passing has evolved over the years and is the total package when factoring his passing and running game. However, Heisman is not based on most talented as we all know. He has to be top 3 and invited to the award ceremony. Those loses will hurt his chances.

Probably. But I don't think he's head and shoulders over the other top guys. It's going to be an all things being equal give it to the guy with the numbers season.
I think he'll win. And Florida will have played a big part in that.

Yet Ga. hasn't missed a beat in his absence. You take Daniels out of the lineup for LSU and it's a disaster.

Agreed. If he was on a undefeated team, he'd be the leading candidate.

You sure?

He is as deserving to win it as any of the other candidates. But since LSU already has three losses, he most likely won't.
