Well, Boise was ranked #5 in the nation. And Richt has a 3-2 record verses LSU, and Miles, so...no harm....no foul.

In truth, if someone owes someone, Saban owes ESPN and Miami.
He would have continued to be a great LSU coach, but leaving for the NFL and coming back with great fanfare to revive a downtrodden and dormant hick empire catapulted him to a level he would have never attained on ability alone.
