Well if we’re being totally honest here, the reason CEH gets a higher YPC is because defenses are much more worried about Burrow roasting their defense, therefore they play more coverage than they would against Georgia.
CEH: 75 broken tackles (156 carries)
Snift: 53 broken tackles (164 carries)
CEH: 3.51 yards after contact average
Snift: 3.21 yards after contact average

Sounds like he couldn’t Snift CEH’s jock strap

Teams know Georgia is going to run the ball more than LSU, so they stack the box more against them.
Agreed.
See LSU with Fournette. Couldn't get any traction at all against Bama because they knew what was coming and didn't have to respect the QB as much as they do now.

Willy bringing the stat heat.

Those stats don’t necessarily correlate.
Most SEC RB’s can break a tackle from one defender consistently.
Swift usually gets tackled by 2 defenders at once.
Also, Swift doesn’t have to break tackles when the defenders don’t even touch him.
See in the below Gifs how defenders consistently rush 8-9 against Georgia.
The dude just knows how to make people look like fools
It’s just not Swift’s style. The overall consensus of Georgia fans is that it’s amazing Swift has had a decent season despite the line stacking.
The truth is Georgia’s lack of passing game affects the way defenses play them. Defenses send 6-9 guys on any given down, which is why Swift’s carries are mostly either no gain or 15+ yards.

Imagine counting total defense and not rushing defense in a thread about the Doak Walker Award.
The truth is that our opponents have been nearly identical, but LSU barely ekes out ahead.
LSU SEC opponents rushing ypg:
Florida (110.5)
Auburn (115.5)
Ole Miss (132.0)
Alabama (137.3)
Mississippi State (161.7)
Vanderbilt (217.1)
AVG: 145.7
UGA SEC opponents rushing ypg:
Florida (110.5)
Auburn (115.5)
Missouri (131.7)
South Carolina (153.2)
Tennessee (154.1)
Kentucky (159.0)
Vanderbilt (217.1)
AVG: 148.7

That’s fair.
However those numbers are skewed.
Georgia averages 208 rushing yards a game.
LSU averages 165 rushing yards a game.
Obviously the teams that play Georgia will have given up more average yards.
I suspect LSU’s true average opponent YPG is closer to 138, while Georgia’s is more like 130

That's why I led with them being similar. I think your guesses are overstating the effect either team had (LSU's opponent average and UGA's opponent average will be higher), but I wouldn't be surprised if it flipped slightly to UGA's favor after removing the damage each team did to its opponents' rankings.
In practice I suspect any difference either way is minor. I wouldn't trumpet the numbers I posted last post for instance lol. And I wouldn't trumpet the proposed 8 ypg difference either.

It’s pretty hilarious that you want to point out those numbers as being skewed. You literally just used total defense of opponents to make the same point in favor of UGA while ignoring that LSU is averaging nearly 130 YPG more.

I’m going to bed.
The truth is you can’t say Georgia’s abysmal passing game doesn’t affect how defenses play the run game.
Congrats to CEH
I hope he wins.

Maybe - if DeAndrew Snift were better - it would open up your dump arse passing game...
Ever thought of that Alfred Einstein!?
