He's plenty aware. In fact I think he's a highly intelligent person. The problem is this, everyone who is a power 5 coach is a highly intelligent person. Most of which are smarter than Ed orgeron is.

Orgeron is plenty self-aware. That's how he positioned himself for the LSU job in the first place. He sounds like a caveman, but he definitely has street smarts and probably uses that caveman persona to his advantage TBH. Regardless, he'd have to be living under a rock to be oblivious to his seat being hot. It's all local media, national media, etc talks about right now.
