I disagree. If he stays at SC until after the sanctions, he will get at least 1 NC.

they have managed the scholarship loss pretty well... this won't be the issue

the issue is he just isn't all that good of a coach and doesn't really know how to run a winning football team

30 scholarships in how many years? Does the Pac 10 have a 25 limit like the SEC? No. So coming off those sanctions, Kiffin can sign to huge classes and be right back in the game in year 2-3 coming off sanctions.

Yeah, he can sign huge classes if kids still care to come to Southern California, which will be debatable because they're going to be awful.

USC should be pretty good this season. It's the next two after that that are worrisome.

No, not this season, because all the shite hasn't kicked in yet. USC should be fine in 2011.

He's a damn good game day coach IMO. I'm not sure if he can recruit w/o cheating, but being at SC that sells itself, should be easier for him. UT doesn't really sell itself anymore, and IMO that's what screwed Kiffin. He had to cheat to be a successful recruiter there.

He didn't cheat as much as everyone likes to think he did. He had some secondary violations which were front page news because ESPN had nothing better to do, and this thing with the hostesses, which while inevitably tied to NCAA sanctions seems relatively tame.

their record should be good

OOC - early on they host syracuse and minnesota, late in the year go to notre dame
in conference - get five home games and travel to (colorado, asu, oregon, and cal)

I don't think Kiffin is a good coach I don't see how they don't start the year 3-0 before they head to ASU

I think we get tested severely at ASU. They're beastly this year.
