Petrino has never cared about defense, just outscoring the opponent.

I never did, he will never win a championship and is a genuinely bad person on top of it.

Come on OP, it's not like he's ever left a trail of destruction behind him

Still more qualified and accomplished than Orgeron.

Not sorry...it's true.

Petrino is going to get teams to a bowl. If that's the goal of a program he's your guy. He took us to a Sugar and prior to Goin' Up The Country he had us all somewhat satisfied. Bob could coach any number of teams for the next 20 seasons on the aggregate and make some people happy. He's just that type of coach... Do some good while looking bad at times and play in Dec/Jan. that's it and that's that.

Arkansas was the perfect fit for both him and them. Glad that blew up.

But with a month to prepare and the Heisman QB he was out coached by Ed O

Wouldnt say that. LSU is littered with 4-5 star future NFL starters.. Louisville is not.

That's a very good point Doc! That genius Petrino was abused by an Orgeron coached team with a month to prepare and the Heisman QB. I'd never want Petrino near my favorite school. And I think O will end up doing well in Red Stick and win over the fan base.

Everybody thought Petrino's run here was all him. Look at him now, even with the best player in the country. Even Nutt won 10 games here and only missed a bowl once. Arkansas will be back; Bert just sucks.

This is incorrect. Try again.

If someone takes Petrino, they must take Peter Sirmon as well. Deal?

It's technically correct, some years he didn't even aim for a bowl so clearly didn't miss one. Those teams just didn't have enough heart or seniors, just ask him.
