Having random people with no stake in the game watch with you definitely takes the energy level down a notch

I like watching it with 100,000 other Orange clad gorgeous people.

I prefer to cuss the TV in private.

Man, I could never do that.

Alone so I can curse like a sailor when we inevitably do something retarded

I watch all LSU games alone. Can’t have people seeing me get outta control

I light a couple candles and spin Al Green’s Greatest Hits. Then I sip on some Woodford and watch A&M beat Bama while Mrs. Terry gives me a blowie.

Depends on the group of people. Close friends, family, people I attend games with… sure.
Random watch party? I’m good on that. I’ve learned that lesson the hard way. A lot of people use this situations as social gatherings rather than actually watching a football game. There’s nothing wrong with it, it it’s not how I prefer to watch college football.
I get irritated when I can’t hear a broadcast because everyone is the room is talking about something else. I prefer to watch and listen the game, so I avoid those situations if I can. I think most people that are more than casual fans would feel similarly.

This. I like watching alone so that I can scream at the TV and scare my wife and kid. I’ll even give them the 77” Sony OLED and yell at my 55” TCL.
Soon after we moved here, we joined the local alumni group. My wife ended up in charge of the ‘watch party’ one year. Actually had really good turnouts, but…fug it. Even with a room of your own kind…no thanks.
Those pretty much ended btw. Seems like every state fan in the metro was 20 miles from every other state fan. No one wants to drive that far just to be with other Alumni you don’t even know.

In my cave, with my cigar and beverage, with no interruptions. Always liked watching a game alone.

I always watch LSU football games with my dad. I would lose my shite watching with a group of people lol.

I can only watch games with people that are not offended by obscene language, gestures, and occasional farts.

Usually just the wife and me. Sometimes a brother and his wife

At home on the big screen with the volume loud enough that they can hear it on sevierville Rd.

I can only watch big games with someone if I know they’re as hardcore as me or they’re a very close friend/family. Basically I know I’m going to be an a-hole and I don’t want people to think that’s just my regular character.

Hmm, why don’t they?!?
ETA: I prefer alone or with family/close friends. Cut the small talk and sidebars. I got suckered into watching the 2019 Bama game with a group that included Clemson fans that spent the whole night making snide remarks about the SEC. Made the CFP Final that much sweeter.
