The guy took us to our first Final Four since the 1940’s. He’s funny and personable, one of my all-time favorite coaches, but for whatever reason he hit a ceiling at Texas. Now that we’re out, I hope he takes Tennessee all the way this year, although the odds are against it.

This seems to be the consensus about Rick Barnes..

Sherry Coale who used to coach the Oklahoma women is a personal friend and she said that Rick Barnes was her favorite coach in the men's game because he would "give you the shirt off his back"...

But I like him because he looks like an old buzzard... and I love buzzards...

Maybe y'all could make a strong-arse offer and lure him back.

You think we are somehow dissatisfied with our current HC?

Barnes had a good run, Beard got run over by internal stupidity, but we seem to be in a good spot now.

He just ran out of steam here. We needed new energy. I'm rooting for him still.

Truth. Poor decisions all around. Chris for being with that crazy twit, and doubly the wokesters in Belmont Hall that got rid of him.

Kinda hard to keep a guy who got arrested for beating his wife
